Demand for product continues to exceed supply which is tightening the market for nearly all raw materials used by the commercial roofing industry. These conditions are expected to continue well into 2022. As a result, the following price increase will be implemented effective February 1, 2022.
Polyiso Roof Insulation 12%
Roof Coated Glass Facer Upcharge up to $0.05/SFThe price increase applies to all orders that are shipped on or after February 1, 2022, including orders with requested ship dates prior to February 1, 2022, which Hunter is unable to fulfill. All orders will continue to be invoiced at the price that is valid at the time of shipment, regardless of the date the order was placed.
January 1, 2022 Adjustment
In addition due to escalating freight costs, deficit freight for polyiso shipments will increase to $50 per bundle space effective January 1, 2022.
